I can’t get enough of this book. It’s not for the faint of heart – it’s for those who will do anything to change themselves to be better.

If there’s something you want to do better in your life, I recommend reading this book – it’ll increase your drive to accomplish your successes and achieve even more.

Last night I was inspired to get at it after work. I’ve been much busier with work and knew that i hadn’t worked out in a while because I’ve been itching to lift something heavy. I looked at my book and it had been 6 days since I last worked out! I’m glad i pushed myself then. I got back to my person record for weight squatted and am getting closer to the amount I used to deadlift.

But as Goggins says, that was yesterday. I need to keep the motivation up to keep going and keep working. Today’s a new day to push myself.
