Dedicated to KKO

This post is starting with some subconscious, grievous writing. That writing is mostly for me to process, but I may as well put it out into the world as I continue to teach myself and have discussions with others. The books I read this month are below that if you would like to skip ahead.
I’m glad (in a way, though not feeling very “glad” at the moment) that I worked on this month’s wrap-up early. Organization is always good, so you can click some buttons and write from your subconscious when necessary.
Books are a place for learning, as is life and death. Books can also be more than learning; they can be a place of comfort, love, a hug when you can’t get a physical hug.
I’ve never been good with processing death for those close to me. As with other things, I’m getting better with age. But I still struggle with my emotion regulation – I generally feel guilty that I’m feeling something and my loved one cannot. But I guess it’s good that I now recognize this is an irrational thought and don’t get stuck on that. It’s so hard for me to let myself enjoy things or be happy even when I’m feeling those things. So while I’ve been distracted from posting, I also haven’t wanted to because I was unsure of how respectful I should be.
Below is what I originally worked on before this week of what I read this month and what I’m planning on reading next:
