library haul 4.24

I’ve decided that I won’t be getting many books from the library after May until the wedding is over (and I have a fun reading plan that I’ve put together and I’ll eventually post about that one of these days). Since this was one of my last trips to the library until possibly November, I went balls to the wall, as per usual.

I’ve read so many more nonfiction books than normal this year so far, but especially in the month of April. So I allowed myself to get some more books than I was planning on picking up for these next couple of weeks.

Nonfiction I’m ready to dive into

  • Forbidden Lessons in a Kabul Guesthouse by Suraya Sadeed
  • Sacred Cow by Diana Rodgers and Robb Wolf
  • Milk: The Surprising Story of Milk Through the Ages by Anne Mendelson

Fun fiction I’m excited to get lost in

  • Squirrel Meets Chipmunk by David Sedaris
  • Seoulmates by Jen Frederick
  • Love & Other Scams by Philip Ellis
  • Ace of Spades by Faridah Abike-Iyimide
  • Devil’s Day by Andrew Michael Hurley

Read on.
