
I’ve seen recently that Blue Mind by Wallace J. Nichols discusses that seeing water is proven to provide health benefits. And it has been one of my goals for the past couple of years (since quitting my last office job) to be outside as much as possible. These last few days of spending more time outside than I have in the last 2 or 3 months has solidified my view that the outdoors is where we are meant to be.

I just need some literature, like the research Blue Mind discusses, that shows me how greenery outside affects people.
