What details of your life could you pay more attention to?
In all honesty, I could be focusing on daily personal presentation and beauty standards.
In one of the Real AF 2022 episodes I listened to yesterday, Andy Frisella basically discussed how one presents oneself can cultivate what we want from life. Meaning that in addition to taking care of yourself, you need to dress well and style your hair and makeup in order to be productive professionally.
That does not mean I would dress inappropriately the activity that I am doing. I would still wear activewear for exercise. But it does mean I should dress up a bit more and wear some nice casual clothing when I go out. Especially when I go out to conduct any professional activities for the business I’m trying to build.
