October Wrap-up

📚October Wrap-up📚

A small amount of reading, but what a great time I had in that small amount of time.

The fiction I indulged in this month was chosen from what I had at home as I probably won’t have much time to go to my library until the spring. Or the memory to return books for that matter. Maybe I’ll do one trip for funsies. But here’s my dilemma with that: I’ll be so busy with animals, the bookstore, and (the biggest and newest thing) prepping for a baby, that I’m not even sure how much I’ll be able to read for the remainder of the year.

  • If Mashed Potatoes Could Dance by Paige Shelton
  • The Bridge Kingdom by Danielle L. Jensen
  • Breakfast at Tiffany’s by Truman Capote

Baby books have been so hard to get in even though they have a wealth of information that I need. I got possibly the most important book of my pregnancy in, though, and I’m so happy for that.

  • Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth by Ina May Gaskin

I am currently reading The Girls in the Garden by Lisa Jewell. And we’ll see which baby book that I get to next.

Happy eventual November.
