In Hyde River, people sometimes go missing. But the residents of Hyde River have taken an Oath that they don’t speak of those who go missing or why they may have disappeared.

When a biology professor’s brother is murdered, he must have answers and he will not stop until he finds them.

This was a fun read – thrilling, interesting, exactly the kind of books that I’m looking for when I want something “older” that not many other people are reading. I became really emotionally invested in the story and had so much empathy for Levi. Not so much Tracy after a while.
