DEI industrial complex.

Instead of focusing on meritocracy, Western society and culture have focused on making sure people’s feelings aren’t hurt.

This has led us down a horrible path of unnecessary destruction, deaths, increased crime, societal division, higher rates of mental illness, and especially the demise of America.

And while I’ve heard that many companies are abandoning this ideology, I’m curious if it’s too late for some of the minds in America.

These books are included in reference to the hardwork that people put into their lives (NOT for the racism, slavery, misogyny, etc.) Solely for the zeal and perseverance that Americans had to obtain their goals.

I will be updating with a list of books that I’d like to read that I believe should be included in a discussion of meritorious-based work, academia, whichever discipline DEI may be used for nowadays.
